Host your wedding, retreat, concert, family reunion, or gathering in our beautiful shaded amphitheater and open lawn area (up to 600 capacity). Private, nature-focused venue near the reservoir with unique add-ons like barrel train rides and miniature golf.

 

All rates are effective February 24, 2026. Prices subject to change. Custom quotes required for 101+ guests, major holidays, or ticketed events.

 

FULL EVENT SPACE RENTAL (Amphitheater / Open Lawn – Up to 600 Capacity)

 

Hourly (min 4 hours, excludes major holidays)
• Up to 20 guests: $75–$100/hour
• 21–50 guests: $100–$150/hour
• 51–100 guests: $150–$200/hour
• 101+ guests: Custom quote

 

Full Day (8–10 hours)
• Up to 20 guests: $700–$800
• 21–50 guests: $900–$1,100
• 51–100 guests: $1,200–$1,500
• 101+ guests: Custom quote
 

Standard rate for weddings, retreats, and concerts.

 

Multi-Day (per 3-day event – 10–15% discount for consecutive days)
• Up to 20 guests: $1,800–$2,100
• 21–50 guests: $2,400–$2,900
• 51–100 guests: $3,300–$4,000
• 101+ guests: Custom quote

 

Major Holiday Weekend (per 3-day – Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
• Up to 20 guests: $2,000–$2,300
• 21–50 guests: $2,600–$3,200
• 51–100 guests: $3,600–$4,500
• 101+ guests: Custom quote (recommended $8,000–$15,000+ for large/ticketed events)

 

Required for all full event space rentals:
• $1,000,000 liability insurance (naming Paradise Pines & Gary Pryde as additional insured)
• Refundable security deposit ($500–$1,000+)

Perfect for smaller parties or family fun without the full amphitheater.

Small Area Rental (4-Hour Block – limited shaded section)
• Up to 20 guests: $200–$300
• 21–50 guests: $350–$500
• 51+ guests: Custom quote

 

Barrel Train Riding Session (max 5 passengers per cycle, includes operator + music)
• Up to 20 guests: $100 per 3-hour session
• 21–50 guests: $150–$200 per 3-hour session
• 51+ guests: $250+ or custom
Additional hours: $30–$50 each

 

Miniature Golf Course Rental (9-hole course, includes clubs/balls)
• Per hour: $25 (any group size)
• 4–6 hour block: $75–$150 (up to 20) / $150–$250 (21–50) / custom (51+)

Barrel Train + Small Area + Music Combo (4–6 hours)
• Up to 20 guests: $300–$400
• 21–50 guests: $500–$700
• 51+ guests: Custom quote

 

Required for amenities: $1,000,000 liability insurance (if guests/equipment involved) + refundable deposit ($200+).

Electricity / Live Band Setup: $100–$150/day
Extra Cleaning / Post-Event Support: $100–$200/event
Enhanced Garbage / Trash Removal: $50–$100/event
Lawn Games / Disc Golf Setup: Quoted if needed (basic included)

GENERAL RULES
No open flames, bonfires, or fire pits permitted (to protect the lawn).

 

OVERNIGHT RV & CAMPING DURING EVENTS
Event rentals cover the event space only — RV sites, tent sites, and dispersed camping are separate direct bookings through the park (no third-party/vendor control).

Holiday Weekend Rates (high demand – may require min stays):
 

RV Space (full hookup): $75–$90/night base (2 people) + $25–$35 per extra person
Developed Tent Site: $50/night base (2 people) + $20 per extra person
Dispersed / Primitive Camping: $20/night per person

Attendees can book directly at the park office or website. Limited discounted spots may be offered to event participants — contact us.

 

Note: During major holidays and large events (101+ attendees), priority booking may apply for event guests, but all camping is managed by the park.
