📝 Application Process

Extended stays are processed similarly to an apartment or home rental. You can:

✅ Application Requirements

To qualify, each adult applicant must:

• Be the resident of the RV (no subletting)

• Have a credit score of 580+

• Have verifiable income of 3x the monthly rent

• Own a tow vehicle

• Have a clean, roadworthy RV that is:

  • Less than 20 years old (exceptions may apply)

  • At least 25 feet long

  • Free of damage (no broken windows, no aftermarket A/C units)

  • Equipped with original manufacturer gear (mounted propane tanks, etc.)

We accept Class A, B, C, Fifth Wheels, Bumper Pull Trailers, and Tiny Homes.
No pop-ups or camper shells allowed for long-term stays.

Rates are based on:

📅 Contract Terms

Extended stay agreements are for up to 6 months.
Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Visitors are $5 each for the day overnight guests are $12.50 each
